This is the best pizza I have had in years. I am gluten free (celiac) and the woman working (Sofia) took such good care to make sure no cross contamination. The cauliflower crust came out perfect and the extra cheese made it amazing. Far from home and it's amazing. Growing up working in a NY pizza place I'm hard to please with gluten free pizza... but today I am beyond happy, thank you!
NICE STAFF w/ YUMMY PIZZA! Lately, I've come to enjoy Pieology more and more. The staff had the counters ready to go with a variety of toppings. I was so happy with their Vegan options, I had a veggie pizza after a long drive and it hit the spot! The pizzeria was relaxed, I didn't have to wait too long and the ladies running the place were very efficient! The location was also very clean and had plenty of drinks to choose from. I stop by here and there as it's a nice place to have a late dinner. Also, it's close to 2nd Street Cinema! I can't give it five stars as my pizza could've been left in the oven a little longer. The cheese wasn't totally melted and the veggies were semi-hard. However, the flavor was there and I still enjoyed myself.
